I gave the keynote speech for the Whatcom Intergenerational High School graduating class of 2025. What a special experience!
As I told them:
“Do it scared, do it hurt, do it unsure. Do it empowered by the knowledge of your truth. Let your heart break. A new season of you is here. There is protection around you.”

I got invited out to Boston to network and share about Halogen! I met and chatted with the Mayor, Michelle Wu, for a bit. Such a genuine joy and powerhouse of a human. I met so many extraordinary folks including a few others in the Mayor's Office, The Boston Foundation, Leadership Brainery, MASSCreative, The Theater Offensive, QNest, and more. While it's still early, I can say that Halogen is expanding to Boston!

While in Boston, I got to experience a massage from one of the only 3 AI massage machines available in Massachusetts. It's located in Back Bay, Boston at Forever Young Spa. If you're ever in Boston, go check them out!

|
|
It's been a family tradition to go to the East Coast every summer to see friends/family (I was born in NJ and grew up there for some time). The past couple years I've missed due to the many side quests of life, but this year I was able to coordinate the Boston trip and the NJ trip. So I rented a car in Boston and took my usual east coast tour down to the shore. A week and a half at the beach house was exactly what I needed!

Learning Sessions
|
|
Halogen Learning Sessions are a way to learn about Halogen, holistic suicide awareness and prevention through abolition and dissecting stigmas, and catalyze thinking differently, deeply, and critically.
|
I hosted 2 successful learning sessions at Allied Arts in Whatcom County and Verdant Health Commission in Snohomish County. Thank you to all that attended and connected!
